Strategic Location
Villa Zenitude is located just off Jl. Dhyana Pura in central Seminyak. It is removed from the dynamics of mainstream tourist activity yet still within convenient walking distance to the beach as well as popular restaurants and different shopping alternatives.

Seminyak is an evolving area that is the preferred destination for a new generation of travellers visiting Bali. It is the best place to experience the island's tropical lifestyle that involves relaxing by day and a vibrant after-dark wining and dining scene. The airport is a 20 min journey by car.

Relaxed Living
The villa is a simple L-shaped structure overlooking the refreshing waters of a square swimming pool. The open-plan living environment is tastefully furnished with just a few pieces including a pair of wooden daybeds and cushions in warm shades of colour.

There is also a dining area with an aged table setting and a timber cabinet filled with handcrafted ceramics and glassware. The kitchen is a compact alcove featuring all the necessary equipment to prepare quick snacks as well as full meals.

Bedroom Privacy
Villa Zenitude's two bedrooms both have full length glass doors and windows for optimal views over the pool. Each room is similar in size and has a canopied bed but defined by a different colour accent. Framed black and white photos from a bygone era give the rooms a homely feel.

Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom facility featuring a double vanity and shower recess. A collection of hand-painted Balinese baskets inject a splash a colour to an otherwise functional space.

Outdoor Delights
Villa Zenitude's entire outdoor area lends itself to a clear-water swimming pool surrounded by a timber deck. This is the perfect spot to enjoy Bali's tropical weather conditions by relaxing on a pair of reclining beds that have been positioned to soak up the sun.

A thatched pavilion fits neatly into a corner of the compound. It is cushioned for comfort and provides a shady niche to laze the day away. Next to the pool is a mature frangipani tree that emits a heavenly scent throughout the entire villa compound when in full bloom.

2. High & Peak Season Periods
   High season period: July 1 - August 31.
   Peak season period: December 20 - January 9.
   Minimum stay: LOW season: 2 nights; HIGH season: 5 nights; PEAK season: 5 nights.
3. Maximum Occupancy
   Rates are based on occupancy of 4 persons.
   Any additional person will be charged as per extra-bed rate.
   Extra bed for adult = USD 25/bed/night, extra bed for child under 12 years old = USD 15/bed/night.
   Baby cot provided free of charge for child less than 2 years old.
